Samantha Hamilton, Executive Director
Samantha joined Farmington Square in 2014 after returning to work from caring for her father in law, who had dementia and lived in her home, for seven years. Upon his passing, Samantha knew her calling was in senior care. Prior to this, Samantha was a lab and x-ray tech at a local medical office. Samantha began her career with Farmington as the Activity Director and stepped into the Assistant Executive Director role in May of 2016. Samantha was then promoted to Executive Director as of September 2017.
Samantha has lived in Medford for 15 years and after obtaining her Oregon license in lab and x-ray technology attended Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon and earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. Always interested in the medical field, Samantha is fascinated by how the body responds to aging, specifically regarding dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Samantha and her husband Eric have five children and one grandson. They are actively involved in their church, love golfing together, and spending time outdoors in our beautiful valley.
